Not all products are available for Click & Collect as there are a range of products that are online exclusives.
This includes:
- Personalised add ons (sleeves, cards)
- Hampers
- Alcohol
- Digital gift vouchers
- Selected seasonal products during campaigns
You can check if the product you want is available in your preferred store by selecting the Find In Store button on the product page. You can filter through states and see which stores have the product in stock.
If one product in your shopping cart is not available at a store, that store will not come up as a Click & Collect delivery option during check out.
