Our warehouse needs 2-4 business days to pack and process orders for dispatch. This excludes Same Day Shipping which is processed same day, and DHL Express which is processed the same or next day. The time frames above are for delivery only once orders have been dispatched.
*We do not dispatch on weekends or VIC/national public holidays.
* Some areas are outside of our refrigerated service radius and will be dispatched with Australia Post Express Post. This service is not refrigerated, but orders will be packed with insulation and ice packs. This includes TAS, NT, Far North QLD, as well as any regional areas, parcel lockers or PO box addresses. This also includes orders placed with incorrect address information, such as incorrect suburbs or postcodes.
